Tuesday Track at the Beverly High School track



Coaching is one of the benefits of being a member of the Wicked Running Club.  Our team coach is Coach Fernando Braz of Going the Distance Coaching.  He coaches many of the best runners in the region.  To start training with Coach Braz, please fill out this Profile Form before your first session on the track.

January – Spring

Join the Wicked Running Club on Tuesday nights from January 10 – early spring for coached tempo sessions at the Cherry Hill Industrial Park on the Beverly/Danvers line. The workout starts at 6:30 and will vary weekly between tempo, hill, and distance workouts. The runs are suitable for all paces and training distances and highly recommended for those with early spring training goals.Meet the crew in the parking lot near the tennis courts as you enter the industrial park from Conant Street immediately past Proctor Farm Park. Come prepared to grab your workout and run!

**Cherry Hill Industrial Park is generally well-lit and treated for winter conditions. As a note, running there has the same risks as any road running conditions in the winter months and those who chose to participate will be sharing the road with vehicles in winter conditions. Participating in this and any other Wicked running event will be at your own risk.

Spring – November

Ready to take your training to the next level?  Whether you’re aiming for a top finish in an upcoming race, you’re looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon, chasing a PR, or just looking to get faster, you can join us on Tuesday nights at the Beverly High School track from April through early November.  The exact start times depend on when the sun goes down, and they’re announced on our Facebook page.
