The Wicked Running Club’s Couch to 5K program is starting up the week of March 20! Whether you are a brand new runner, an injured runner making a comeback, or a runner who took the winter to hibernate, this plan will be for you!
The club C25K’s goal run is the Run for Freedom 5K in Lynn on May 23. The program for the club will be an 8-week program progressing from a run/walk to running workouts. There will be one optional group run each week at various times and locations around the North Shore so whether you’re a night owl or early riser or live in Peabody or Beverly, we should be able to offer something local and timely for you.
