First of all we wanted to thank everyone for attending our Winter Banquet and congratulate all of our members who brought home some bling that night! It was a lot of fun to celebrate the great things we’ve done as a team this year!

We also wanted to let you know that we heard you about the venue feedback. Each year, the Moose Lodge comes to us as donated space and we do not need to pay for the bartending service. Because we don’t pay a rental fee, we’re able to keep more money in club functions, trainings, and fun. That said, we are certainly open to other venues and hope that you’ll suggest some place for us to explore. Here is a general list of criteria:

– Location in Salem/Beverly
-Availability 2/3/18 from 4:00 – 8:30 (Event is from 5:00 – 8:00)
-Room for 100-150 seated
-Cost of rental? Are tables and chairs provided in the rental? 
-Can we bring our own catered food?
-What restrictions do we need to know about?
If you are interested in a new venue, please help us with some searching and email with answers to these questions. We want to continue providing our members with an excellent banquet experience while best maintaining a reasonable budget.
